Took my wife to church this evening for confession.

We had to wait as the priest was 15 minutes or so late… Someone pulled up along side us in the parking lot and looked our way. I nodded hi. He didn’t seem to respond except to look at me like I was a convict.

He got out of his car and I saw it was the priest.

He let everyone  into the church and had a word to say to everyone before he got started. He said “Everyone should go to their own Parrish for confession. They have priests too.”

Wow! Guess 6 to 7 people that were there was too much!

We thought… “Would Jesus say that?”
